Do I need to make an appointment for an eye exam?

Yes, we definitely recommend it. If you make an appointment, we'll be sure to have plenty of time for you, and you won't have to wait. Simply schedule an appointment online at our store, and we'll be happy to help you on-site at your convenience.

Does my health insurance cover a new pair of glasses?

Probably! Most glasses and eye exams are partially or fully covered by your supplementary insurance. Bring your insurance card to your appointment, and we'll check your eligibility and help you submit your claim.

Can I have new lenses fitted in my own frame?

Yes, in most cases, that's no problem. Feel free to stop by with your frames. Our optician will immediately assess their condition and discuss the options with you. A quick check-up is quick and completely free of obligation.

How long will it take for my new glasses to be ready?

Delivery time depends on the lenses and frame you choose. On average, you can expect 5 to 10 business days. We'll send you a message as soon as your glasses are ready.

What types of eye exams do you offer?

Our expertise goes beyond a standard eye exam. We specialize in comprehensive eye exams, for example, for complaints such as dry eyes or for fitting night lensesOur team is happy to help you find the right solution for your eyes.

My glasses broke on holiday. They looked at them straight away and repaired them for free the same day. Really excellent service.
