Time for your eyes
The eye is intimate. It connects. So when we talk about your eyes, it’s not about something small. It’s about your most important sense. And you treat what is important with attention, with love. At the Oogwereld boutiques, we take the time for you. We listen to you, we see you. We care for your eyes so you can be sure everything is right.
We make sure you get the best. A solution that is good for your eyes and looks great on your face. We are only satisfied when the whole picture is right.
Our opticians and optometristen are professionals. And they have to be. Eye care is a matter of millimetres. We perform micro-precision eye tests, eye health checks and vision analyses. We make sure you get the best. A solution that is good for your eyes and looks great on your face. We are only satisfied when the whole picture is right. And if it turns out afterwards that you didn’t get the best, just come back and we’ll make it right. We aim for 100% satisfaction – not a percent less.
We take our time. After all, it’s about your eyes – your most important sense. And things that are important shouldn't be rushed.
We live in a world where everything has to be faster. In optics, too, it’s often fast-faster-fastest. Not at Oogwereld. We take our time. After all, it’s about your eyes – your most important sense. And things that are important shouldn't be rushed. Come in and get comfortable. We build a connection. The more we know about your eyes, the better we can help you. With us, you leave with the best solution, not the fastest one.
Time for your eyes
What can you expect from us?
Micro-precision measurement
Our expert opticians perform a meticulous eye test and tailor your lenses exactly to your needs. Thanks to this measurement, we can adjust single-vision or multifocal glasses to fit your eyes perfectly.
Eye health check
Using advanced equipment, we take a detailed photo of your retina. This photo provides us with valuable information about the health of your eyes. The photo is always reviewed by an optometrist or ophthalmologist. If there is a reason for further examination, we will refer you to the right specialist.
Vision analysis
Using advanced equipment, we perform a vision analysis on 10 personal points and determine, among other things, the ideal angle of the lens relative to your eyes. The result: completely personalised glasses with custom-made lenses.
Optometric check-up
At Oogwereld, one of our own optometrists always takes a look. This is a specialist who knows exactly what the health of your eyes is like. You don't need a referral from a GP. In fact, the insight of our own optometrists is simply part of our service. With an eye for detail and an eye for you. Optometry is a paramedical specialism focused on detecting eye abnormalities. The optometrist assesses vision and the health of the eye.
Contact lenses
At Oogwereld, you will find highly trained and expert contact lens specialists who offer help and advice in making the right choice. Thanks to the professional care of our quality opticians, we are the specialist for more complex lens questions or needs.
