What is the Eye Health Check?

As one of the few opticians, we check the health of your eyes at every eye test. We call this the Eye health check.

Using advanced equipment, we take a detailed image of your retina. This image provides us with valuable information about your eye health and allows us to detect problems early. This is important, because neglecting eye problems can reduce your vision and increase your risk of eye diseases. Furthermore, it would be a shame if we ordered glasses or contact lenses for you if they wouldn't improve your vision.

The image is always assessed by an optometrist or ophthalmologist. If further examination is necessary, we will refer you to the appropriate specialist. 

How much does the Eye Health Check cost?

The Eye Health Check is part of our eye exam, which costs €89.00. If you purchase a complete pair of glasses after this exam, these costs will be deducted from your purchase price.
