Hearing damage
What is it?
By alternating between glasses and contact lenses, you can create a completely different look. If your glasses don't match your outfit, you can choose to wear contact lenses. Or, as a contact lens wearer, you can occasionally opt for a designer frame to enhance your look. The choice is yours!
The symptoms
Many people find it convenient to wear contact lenses while exercising. Sometimes glasses get in the way, for example, when you want to wear ski goggles during winter sports. Contact lenses can also be useful while doing DIY projects or moving house. Wearing contact lenses in these situations is not only comfortable for your eyes, but it also prevents damage to your glasses.
What to do?
When you suffer from dry, irritated, or inflamed eyes, it's important to give them some rest. At such times, as a contact lens wearer, it can be helpful to remove your lenses and put on your glasses.
In addition, we're all digitally connected, meaning we sometimes spend hours staring at a screen. This can put a significant strain on your eyes, making multimedia glasses a good complement to your contact lenses.
