Are you customer-focused, detail-oriented, and do you want to help people find the perfect glasses or contact lenses? We are looking for you as a pre-optician for our boutiques. At Oogwereld you combine personal advice with professional knowledge, in a team where quality and customer satisfaction come first.
What will you do as an optician?
As a pre-optician, you are the first point of contact for our customers. Your tasks include:
- Advising customers on frames, lenses, and contact lenses that match their wishes and face shape.
- Supporting eye exams and fitting corrective glasses.
- Maintaining the collection and keeping the store presentation attractive.
- Handling complaints and repairs and guiding customers when they collect their glasses.
- Working with opticians and optometrists in the boutique.
What do we ask of an optician?
- You have completed pre-optician training or are working toward it.
- You are friendly with customers, communicate well, and have a commercial mindset.
- You have an eye for fashion, trends, and detail.
- You are flexible in your hours, including Saturdays.
- Experience in optics is a plus, not a requirement.
