Oogwereld supplies only quality products. We therefore offer a guarantee on frames, sunglasses, and lenses (see warranty conditions).
5. Certainty with the Oogwereld Guarantee Plan
Opportunity to participate in the Oogwereld Guarantee Plan. The Oogwereld Guarantee Plan covers the risk of damage, loss, theft, and prescription changes to your (sun)glasses. We offer various loyalty benefits for Oogwereld Guarantee Plan participants. If you buy a new, complete pair of glasses within one year, you'll receive a 15% discount; between one and two years, the discount is 10%; and between the second and third years, the discount is 5%.
6. Submit claim to your health insurer
We'll handle the billing process with your health insurer. Your health insurer's reimbursement will be directly reflected in the sales price. You won't have to worry about a thing.
7. Lens exchange guarantee
If you cannot get used to multifocal lenses, they can be exchanged within 2 months of purchase.
8. Free glasses with Juniorplan
Good eye care is especially important for children. With the Oogwereld Junior Plan, children up to 12 receive free standard plastic lenses, including anti-reflective coating and a hardened coating, when purchasing a new frame.
9. Discount with the Contact Lens Pass
For €30 per year, you can purchase an Oogwereld Contact Lens Pass specifically for hard contact lenses. This entitles you to attractive discounts on refills, lens products, glasses, and sunglasses, among other things.
10. Direct debit with Savings Plan
With the Oogwereld Savings Plan, we offer the option of paying for contact lenses monthly (for a minimum of 6 months). You'll immediately receive a 10% discount. You'll accumulate credit each month, which you can then use to purchase contact lenses or other products like sunglasses.
